I am extremely disappointed by his attitude as well as the quality of service considering this is a casino bar where all sorts of people go and play a large amounts of money. All the other people sitting on the bar were not being served their bill without requesting it. O decided not to say anything and sat there picking out the onions to be able to eat and before i even started eating he brought me the bill and said here is your bill whereas i hadnt asked for it. I looked at him wondering since i had taken a bite and said “why would you have taken it to someone else if i hadnt?” After a tense conversation and insisting that i demand its changed he brought me the chicken burger which i had ordered but this time it was filled with caramelized onions which i had specifically stressed i didnt want but with an extra layer of cheese on top for me not to see the onions. I called the bartender Matias and informed him that i ordered a chicken burger and not a beefburger and asked him to change it and he looked at me and said “but i cant change it now since you put ketchup inside”. Without noticing what they brought me i put ketchup and took a bite when i suddenly realized it was not chicken. I ordered a chicken burger at the bar and instead i was served a beefburger.
